Opti-Call Services

Annual Eye Testing Clinics:

Glasses:

    • Due to the changes in Medicare funding in 2014 we are now able to perform annual eye tests, where applicable.
    • We have a large range of lenses and frames. If the resident does require new glasses, the relatives or  medical guardian will be contacted to gain approvals.
    • Once the glasses have been produced Opti-Call, will visit the Facility to fit the glasses.

Repairs and Maintenance:

We attend Aged Care Facilities on an adhoc basis to conduct:

Repair of Broken Glasses:

    • adjustment
    • repair

 Supply Tool Kits (Agreement in place with Opti-Call):

    • supply repair kit for all Aged Care Facilities, to enable the facility to conduct minor repairs to the residents glasses

Booking Clinics Options

  • Use the online booking system by selecting Menu item "Contact Us" which will display a "Clinic Bookings" - follow the prompts
  • Use the online booking form 24 x 7 by selecting Menu item "Contact Us"

The process to advise Opti-Call that a residents glasses need repairing/replacing will be by the Urgent Facility Visit form using the Contact Us
